Hi, I’m Ladybug, the brains of this outfit, and I’m not at all cautious... I love to jump in, six feet first! I’m bold, bossy, brilliant, beautiful, and chock-full of spectacular ideas! I love love LOVE chocolate chip cookies, hate being bored, and when I grow up, I’m going to be the first ladybug president of the WORLD!!
This is Pussywillow, Ladybug’s tiny little magic kitty! One day she jumped off her pussy willow branch and followed Ladybug home. She’s been her baby ever since.
I’m the English Muffin, a beetle from London who’s also Ladybug’s best friend! I’m very sensible for my age, and sweet and kind, and I love reading—it’s my favorite thing. I also love cooking, dressing up, and horses!

Hello there, I’m Tater, the potatobug! I love French fries and science, especially computers and cyberspace and figuring out how things work! I’m usually quiet and shy, but I often have very good ideas. Sometimes an invention of mine even saves the day!
I’m Old Cricket! I have a big, wonderful library full of all sorts of stories, games, and puzzles. I’m also the teacher in our schoolhouse, usually I’m too busy sorting through my books and papers to go on adventures, but you can always find me on the very last page!

Memorize this face, and stay out of his way! This is Ugly Bird, the only bird in the world with fangs, dandruff, bad breath, and a mean, nasty, hooooorible disposition! He’s always trying to catch the bugs and eat them up! But he saved their lives once, so they try to be nice to him.
He can’t spell, but he hangs around a cool crossbird puzzle every month. Weird!
